Day 22 - Caitlin and I attempted to go to a local doctor yesterday morning but after waiting in the waiting room alone for more than 40 minutes at 9:15 in the morning we headed home after her color drained from her face and she began feeling really bad. Brought her home to rest for a while and called her surgeon for advise to her pain increasing so much at night. He worked with us on some adjustments and she did have a better night last night much to our relief. The local doctor is very nice but the overbooking of his schedule that created the long wait was more than her body could tolerate. I tried calling back to reschedule after we got home but after being on hold 15 minutes (it seemed liked forever) I decided that it was just not meant to be for her to be seen locally. After a long rest Caitlin began trying out her musical skills. Piano is a bit easier at the moment mainly because it does not require the extra breath support her flute needs but she enjoyed doing both. Bit by bit she is trying to resume what is normal.
